What is Kish's return policy?
All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your product with a image of the product at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damage item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We always do our best to ensure that your orders reach you on time, and without delay.
If an item hasn't been delivered on time, please refer to your order confirmation email to check if it was placed on extended delivery. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided on your order confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my Kish order?
